These terms apply to all orders placed with Poetry in Flowers. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

our flowers

All arrangements are created using seasonal flowers and foliage. Due to availability and seasonality, flower varieties and colours may vary from images shown. This natural variation is part of our design style and ensure each arrangement is unique.

orders

Orders can be placed through our website or by enquiry. Once confirmed, we begin sourcing flowers especially for your order.

For this reason, changes or can cancellations may not always be possible once the work has started.

pricing

Prices are listed in Pounds, Sterling (£) and may change depending on seasonality and flower availability. All prices will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

delivery & collection

  • Local delivery is available in Hednesford and surrounding areas

  • Collection may be available by arrangement.

    Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

subscriptions

Flower subscriptions are charged at the agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)

You may pause or cancel a subscription with reasonable notice before your next scheduled delivery. Notice periods will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

refunds

As flowers are perishable goods, refunds are not usually offered once an order has been completed or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the matter where possible.

care responsibility

Once flowers have been delivered or collected, responsibility for their care passes to the recipient. We cannot guarantee longevity due to environmental conditions beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be displayed on this page.
